The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Attendant (PCA 2) at Hilton East Assisted Living Facility is a key member of our care team, responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities and ensuring that medications are administered safely and accurately under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role combines clinical support with hands-on care to ensure residents are receiving the highest level of attention, safety, and comfort in accordance with New York State regulations.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Resident Care and Assistance :

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed to maintain their independence and comfort.
• Mobility Support : Help residents with mobility, including transfers from bed to chair, walking, and repositioning to prevent pressure sores and maintain comfort.
• Health Monitoring : Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff, including signs of distress, pain, or discomfort.
• Personal Hygiene and Comfort : Provide support in maintaining personal hygiene, adjusting bedding, providing blankets, or ensuring the resident’s room is comfortable.
