Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ISD Solutions Manager to supervise and coordinate all activities within the department while providing strong leadership and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, complex information systems and delivering high-quality services efficiently and effectively. This role requires both technical expertise and strong management skills to ensure consistent operational success across multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate departmental activities, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.

Apply technical and managerial oversight to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Lead multiple projects across various areas, ensuring timely completion and effective resource management.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and improving team performance.

Manage project budgets and oversee financial aspects of assigned projects.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including contract negotiations and relationship management.

Implement change management practices and oversee IT system strategies, including mainframe, minicomputer, and microcomputer environments.

Utilize strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills to drive operational excellence.

Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications / Experience :

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing large, complex information systems.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Proficiency in project management, change management, and IT systems oversight.

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
