Freight Broker (Sioux Falls)

Fortune Logistics is seeking aCarrier Success Manager for ourSioux Falls, SDbranch. In thisfull time, salariedposition, the Carrier Success Manager will work directly with the Director of Operations to ensure a seamless Carrier experience while utilizing shared resources and systems. Carrier Success Managers MUST have a great attitude and demeanor when building relationships with trucking companies and matching / bidding Full Truckload freight across the country.

Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Freight Brokerage Industry, with preference given to candidates coming from a large industry brokerage (such as CH Robinson, XPO, or GIX Logistics) or Food Shipping / Manufacturing (such as Smithfield, Tyson, or Cargill).

Candidate MUST consider themselves an A player and can show examples of going above and beyond in their current position or past positions throughout their working career. This position requires working with high level leadership and executives who rely on self-starters to ask difficult questions and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Carrier Success Team to improve, retain, and attract new asset based carrier business
• Look for process and efficiency improvements in our Sioux Falls hub location.
• Successfully plan and execute bidding / RFP strategies in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate and collaborate across all departments of the organization to support a strong team environment.

Qualifications

Level Pay : $40,000.00-$50,000.00 / yr
