• Help customers through tax interviews and answer questions from walk-in individuals
• Engage proactively with customers and Walmart employees
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Have support from exceptional leaders and tax preparation experts, ensuring they are never alone
