• Help customers through tax interviews and answer questions from walk-in clients
• Engage proactively with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Have the support of exceptional leaders and tax preparation experts, which ensures they are never alone
