THE BASICS
Pay : As our Overnight HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll earn $27.93 per hour plus shift differential pay .
Schedule : The position is full-time and runs from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM .

YOUR DAY AS AN OVERNIGHT HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
In this role, you'll be monitoring systems, performing rounds, and ensuring HVAC systems are running without issues. Some maintenance and repair work will be included as a part of your routine duties, as time permits. You'll handle emergency situations should they arise and determine if back-up is needed to safely continue operations. A cool head under pressure will be key.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OVERNIGHT HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
A third-grade engineer license, OSHA 10, experience with boiler and chiller maintenance, and an existing building investigation (BBI) for federal facilities are highly desired.
