Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills. Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and / or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle. Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required. Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and / or difficult situations involving passengers. Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers. Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
