As an Aftermarket Sales Program Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and channel sales programs for SPXs aftermarket product lines. This role plays a critical part in driving growth across the HVAC Cooling and Process Cooling segments by shaping product positioning, developing compelling marketing tools, and enabling sales channels with clear, value-driven messaging. / ppYou will work closely with engineering, sales, product management, and channel partners to translate product capabilities into customer-facing programs that increase demand and strengthen SPX Marleys competitive position. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing aftermarket training, promotional content, and sales enablement materials that communicate the value of Marley components and support revenue growth targets. / ppThe successful incumbent effectively manages a challenging workload and, as needed, delegates tasks to supporting roles.
