As the Operations and Supply Chain Director for Aerospace Transparencies, you will develop and maintain an organization for the Global Transparencies business that supports both Commercial and Operational strategies. You will be responsible for providing strategic, developmental, and tactical direction of the business to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. Is responsible for delivering products safely, on quality, on time and at targeted costs. You will report to the GM of Global Transparencies. This is a hybrid position can be based out of Sylmar, CA, Grand Prairie, TX, or Huntsville, AL.

You will manage :

• 4 Manufacturing Sites in 2 different Countries (Sylmar CA, Huntsville AL, Grand Prairie, TX in the USA & Casaletto Vaprio, Italy)
• The Transparencies Supply Chain CoE Manager
