Administrative Law Attorney - 5+ Years

Location : Houston, TX (In-Office)

Compensation : $180,000 - $275,000 base, commensurate with experience

A well-established mid-size firm is seeking an Administrative Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its business law practice. The team advises and represents clients across industries in licensing, compliance, and regulatory disputes.

Role Overview

• Advise clients on compliance, licensing, and administrative procedures
• Represent clients before state agencies, boards, and commissions
• Handle contested case hearings, enforcement actions, and appeals of agency decisions
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and related filings
• Provide strategic guidance to businesses navigating regulatory frameworks
