The Strategic Account Field Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics and health systems in the Greater Portland area (Portland, Beaverton, and Vancouver, WA) , and nearby communities. The focus is to increase appropriate referrals to Headlight Health while making things easier for providers, office staff, and patients. This position suits someone who cares deeply about access to mental health care and who enjoys being active in the field with clear goals and accountability.

The right person for this role is confident, prepared, and professional. You communicate clearly, listen carefully, and stay positive even when there are setbacks. Base Salary : $80,000 to $90,0000

Total Compensation : $125,000 Base plus Bonus / Commission
