Key Responsibilities
Manage a multi-national team responsible for technical supplier assessment and development
Recruit talent and ensure team members are trained and qualified for supplier selection and development
Prepare and implement training plans and support the technical development of the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in engineering team management
Experience in Pressurized Equipment Manufacturing and Regulation
Ability to manage teams in a multi-cultural environment across different time zones
Knowledge of engineering principles and human resource practices
