Job Description : Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary :

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for entering inventory transactions into the Pronto MRP system to provide real-time inventory counts, ensuring RMA returns are processed, performing cycle counts and reconciliation on a weekly basis, and ensuring orders are shipped in accordance with the production schedule. Additional duties include reviewing production material requirements, ensuring material is on order to support production, and coordinating with Purchasing.

Main Responsibilities :

• Update the production schedule daily and provide shipping notices to external and internal customers, supporting Florida operations.
• Receive material into Pronto MRP system and stock in proper location.
• Verify all received material and confirm proper location.
• Ship using FedEx and UPS for both international and domestic shipments.
• Maintain inventory locations and warehouse.
• Pick material for work orders, sales orders, and pick-and-packs.
• Return material to stock.
• Package games and load trucks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure orders are shipped on schedule and comply with regulations.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Review material requirements and ensure availability for production.
