The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities :
Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accountsProvide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customersSchedule service and delivery ordersCollection calls on past due accountsCoordinate schedules and works with the service / operations teamContact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plansRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationDriving a forklift, moving and counting stock, helping with warehouse items, basic office cleaningQualifications :
High school diploma or GEDMinimum of three years of customer service experience is requiredStrong time management and project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbout Culligan :
