Maintenance Supervisor II

Bio-Rad Washington's Maintenance Supervisor will manage and direct all building maintenance activities, including process equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities, assuring minimum downtime, continuous operational availability and quality availability of building features for all internal customers.

Responsible for the direct management and daily supervision of the Manufacturing Maintenance staff and contracted service providers. Has primary accountability for ensuring that the Faciity and manufacturing equipment is maintained at optimum service levels through proactive monitoring and reliability analysis, rapid response to issues, and complicance with required company policies and quality systems.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Serves as the primary contact for all facility-related matters at the two Seattle Sites and secure outsourced maintenance vendors for these sites as required.
• Ensures consistent high quality and cost-effective facility operations to meet business objectives.
• Responds to facility emergencies 24 / 7.
• Manage and motivate the team.
• Create, track and maintain Maintenance Department expenses and budgets.

Compensation : The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,800 to $138,600 annually, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of the offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon the achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
