You'll handle crucial caregiving, direct support, and companionship functions, making a significant difference every single day. What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Knowledge about de-escalation tactics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active lifestyle - preferred, not required

What To Expect As Our In-Home Caregiver - DSP:

• Working in the client's home to help him throughout the day and support him in building confidence and gaining life skills
• Encouraging him to get outside and exercise
• Helping him identify job opportunities and form new connections in the community
• Assisting with aspects like setting boundaries, understanding social cues, and more
• Providing warm companionship and maintaining a safe, organized environment

Let's Talk Schedule:

This caregiving role works full-time from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
