Job Requirements:

The Physician will have the following requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Provide services that meet the American Board of Internal Medicine Guidelines
• Any State License
• 3 years' experience
• BLS/ACLS/PALS
