A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality evaluations of inbound and outbound calls and emails
Identify and recommend quality improvement opportunities based on data analysis
Prepare reports and provide feedback to enhance customer service performance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
One (1) plus years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
