Position Overview

The Manager of Store Design leads the design process for retail environments, ensuring they align with brand identity and business goals while delivering on Sephora's innovative retail experience. This role serves as both a strategic design leader and hands‑on people manager, overseeing projects from concept to completion while developing and inspiring a team of talented Store Designers. Collaborating with cross‑functional partners, this position elevates the overall quality of store design to uphold the Sephora experience while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable solving complex site‑specific challenges and maintaining a relentless focus on optimal design solutions across all project scopes.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00- $147,535.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
