Concept Plus is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide advanced administrative and operational support for a federal client. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring compliance with client and contract requirements, and supporting the smooth operation of multidisciplinary teams working on the sustainment and modernization of client information systems.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, records management, and office logistics for contract teams.
• Manage contract documentation, deliverables tracking, and compliance with government and organizational policies.
• Coordinate travel, meeting arrangements, and event planning for project staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and official communications.
• Support human resources functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and timekeeping.
• Monitor and manage office budgets, procurement requests, and supply inventories.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, government representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure all administrative activities adhere to security, privacy, and confidentiality standards required by the client.
