About the role

We're looking for sharp, curious, and driven MBA or master's students to join Rippling for a full-time summer internship on our Product Management team. As an intern, you'll be immersed in all aspects of the process of building software - taking a product idea from concept to reality, shaping how it's defined, built, and launched.

Interns will be placed in a specific product area as part of the interview process - we'll identify the best fit between your interests and our teams' current needs. In any of the roles, you'll be working alongside some of the best engineers, designers, and PMs in the industry on high-impact projects that shape the future of the Rippling platform.

Product Leads set the pace for their teams; they own the whole outcome; and they build the right stuff. This internship will be an empowered role that is perfect for a high-agency, intellectually curious leader - and an opportunity to secure a full-time role after graduation.

What you will do

• Drive the execution of a specific product initiative. Be the driving force that keeps attention on a complex problem until we arrive at an acceptable solution
• Dig into details and "go-and-see" how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help them
• Work closely with engineers and designers to scope, refine and launch
• Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Support, and Marketing, to align on product direction and rollout strategy.
• Learn and practice product development in a real-world, high-growth SaaS environment.

15,000 - 15,000 USD per month (San Francisco Office)
