This position is responsible for providing clerical and receptionist duties within the Human Resources Department. Key functions include scanning medical records, uploading them into an electronic platform, interacting with applicants and employees, and performing general office tasks. The role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Safeguards and preserves the confidentiality of patient's protected health information.
- Ensures a safe patient environment and adherence to safety practices.
- Demonstrates understanding of Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- Keeps manager informed of unusual situations requiring immediate attention.
- Relays incoming and interoffice calls and routes calls promptly.
- Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them appropriately.
- Performs clerical/reception duties in the Human Resources Department.
- Distributes weekly processing information to prospective employees.
- Assists other Human Resources staff members as required.
- Organizes and maintains systems for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Prepares all packets for processing.
- Picks up and distributes interoffice mail.
- Provides employees/applicants with accurate information regarding employment opportunities and benefits.
- Performs in an independent manner, anticipating needs of employees, applicants, and managers.
- Accepts additional assignments from the Manager, Human Resources as needed.
- Performs data entry into electronic medical database systems.
- Documents patient care and related duties appropriately.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of office equipment.
- Computer literacy.
- Good listening and oral communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least three years of experience in a clerical/receptionist position.
- Knowledge of computers and various software.
