Patent Agent

REQUIREMENTS

Admission to practice before the USPTO required. Qualified candidates will have at least a Master's degree and preferably a PhD in Organic Chemistry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual will handle a variety of patent projects, including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence. As a member of a growing and dynamic practice group, the successful candidate will work with leading clients in the industry and a collaborative team of attorneys and staff who are committed to professional excellence in a collegial environment.
