Programmer Analyst

A company is looking for a Programmer Analyst to provide programming support for existing software enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and debug existing code for the Card Processing Services Platform

Keep customers informed of their support case status and document cases within the management system

Test code and fixes to ensure issues are resolved

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in programming SQL and / or RPG

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Able to work extended hours as needed

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including holidays

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in CIS or data processing
