Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to expand cooling, pumping, and gears business within the power / data center sector. Identify and secure new sales opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and management. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business development initiatives.
