Position : Family Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Location : On-site (with some telemedicine component)

Schedule : Flexible; 3-5 days per week

Language Skills : Strong Spanish communication skills preferred

Responsibilities : In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include :

• Administering treatments, medications, and vaccinations following best practices.
• Collaborating with our physician and healthcare team to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
• Participating in telemedicine sessions to expand patient access and convenience.
