Direct Support Professional (DSP)

DSP :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HCBS Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide personalized support and care to children and adolescents in their homes and communities. As an HCBS DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives, promoting independence, and fostering community integration.

Locations : Middletown, Bronx, Newburg, Monroe, Woodbury, Goshen, Beacon, Warwick, Queens, and Rockland.

Responsibilities :

Provide one -on-one support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.

Assist individuals in developing and achieving their personal goals and outcomes

Encourage and promote independence, self-advocacy, and self-determination

Collaborate with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans

Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor

Valid drivers license and vehicle

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
