Summary :

Cennox Project and Security Solutions, CPSS, provides project management, ATM services, and electronic security for government, financial, and commercial industries across the United States. We are seeking a customer-oriented, organized individual to help our team ensure our customers’ satisfaction. In this role, you will be the customer contact for matters regarding pricing, scheduling, installing, and generating work orders. You will also aid in the creation of staffing requisitions and the recording and monitoring of data in management information system. Our ideal candidate will have experience in construction and / or electrical industries.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• All listed duties are required to be performed within a 24-hour window or in accordance with the service-level agreement
• Provide information, resolve problems, and advise customers on products and / or services, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential orders
• Organize workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedule work assignments in order of priority and date received
• Research information, compile statistics, gather and compute various data
• Initiate, code, review, and process work orders for products and / or services
• Resolve customer requests for adjustments in work orders or billing
• Review, monitor, and process all correspondence to and from customers; coordinate the submission of periodic reports to management
• Create and maintain manual and computerized records of equipment inventory, work orders, accounts payable, billing records, and other pertinent information
• Record and monitor labor, materials, and payroll data for the shop
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including Admin duties related to processing customer deliverables; Photo, paperwork, scope of work descriptions, etc.
• Create staffing requisitions for field employees and subcontractors
• Perform other duties as assigned
