Job Description :
Established and growing electronic recycling company looking to hire an experienced or quick learning applicant for a Receptionist / Customer Service position. Typical job duties will be answering phones, general customer service, and assisting with the daily workflow duties of the Office Manager.
Required Qualifications :
- Comfortable answering phones, speaking to customers and answering questions.
- Excellent computer skills. Must be experienced in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Consistent and accurate typing skills. Minimum of 50 WPM.
Preferred skills (not required) :
Job Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm.
