Summary Statement :
The Vice President, Resort Hosting is responsible for maintaining existing relationships and the development of new relationships with targeted gaming / non-gaming resort patrons through personal contact in order to generate incremental revenues. The ideal candidate for this position should already have a strong following of premium mass, as well as high-end gaming / non-gaming resort guests, while continuously showing the necessary ability to generate new business at these same levels.
Primary Job Duties : – Includes but is not limited to :
- Bring high net individuals who contribute to both gaming and non-gaming revenue.
- Greet patrons upon arrival, departure and maintain contact with hosted patrons during their visit.
- Possess knowledge of and have the capability to educate and assist resort patrons, on all gaming and non-gaming offerings throughout the resort.
- Exhibit strong telemarketing experience / skills necessary to fill events and drive profitable resort revenue (gaming / non-gaming).
- Effectively handle guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Interact with players in person on property, as well as via telephone, e-mail, text message, and written correspondence.
- Represent the property as a role model of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist convention sales and hotel operations in registering and checking patrons in.
- Provide information to team and property leadership related to guest feedback, suggestions, concerns or issues.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for Resort Relationship Marketing program.
- Handle all aspects of guest visit (book spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establish casino credit, oversee folio check-out, etc.).
- Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
- Approve casino credit and accept responsibility to collect outstanding casino credit markers
- Host on-site and off-site events, in Las Vegas and beyond (i.e. casino tournaments, Raiders & Golden Knights suite, Nascar, golf tournaments, etc.).
- Use personal device / cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Includes but is not limited to :
Fluent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese.Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to effectively communicate in English.Polished appearance and demeanor.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.Preferred :
