A company is looking for an Engineering Director, Carrier Distributed Products.

Key Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for carrier distributed products, focusing on packaging, modularity, and configuration

Define and prioritize the roadmap across various distribution experiences and operational models

Lead discovery with carrier distribution leaders to translate needs into product capabilities and build feedback loops for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience for a product team, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS or product platforms

3+ years of experience leading technical teams or multiple engineering managers

Proven ability to build configurable products for enterprise customers

Strong product judgment and systems thinking skills

Data-driven approach to measuring outcomes and driving continuous improvements
