Shift : Mon to Fri; 9 : 30 AM to 6 PM EST

Overview

This role involves prepping, scanning, inspecting, and assembling documents to convert hard copies into digital format. The position is based in Columbus, OH, with a schedule of 9 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM. Free parking, coffee, and lunch are provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and bindings

Scan and digitize paper documents accurately and efficiently

Inspect scanned documents for image quality and completeness

Perform data entry and verify document accuracy

Maintain organization and prevent assembly errors

Complete tasks independently and meet daily productivity standards

Troubleshoot and maintain scanning equipment (e.g., clear jams, refill toner)

Support mailroom operations and handle incoming / outgoing documents

Communicate issues promptly to the manager

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer and typing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Flexible, organized, and able to work independently

Prior scanning or imaging experience is a plus

Ability to work in moderate noise and occasional overtime if needed
