Overview
A leading outpatient mental health practice in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its thriving, mission-driven team. This is a full-scope, outpatient position with no call, access to interventional psychiatry, and a strong clinical support system.
Ranked #1 in Orange County for Psychiatry, this group continues to expand across 10 locations, offering a collaborative, non-corporate environment where Psychiatrists are respected, well-supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional care to children, teens, and their families.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents
- Collaborate closely with parents, school systems, and referring providers as part of a whole-child care model
- Supervise fully licensed APPs (PAs and NPs) when applicable
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and clinical leadership
- Contribute to integrated treatment plans with access to 50+ local partnerships (pediatricians, IOPs, rehab programs, schools, etc.)
- Work on-site at a primary clinic location (hybrid model available after onboarding)
