[job_card.job_description]Provide direct patient care, medication pass, cooking, including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, incontinence care lifting, positioning, transferring, vitals etc. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reporting. Review service plans and report any changes in resident’s condition. Work effectively as a team member with other care providers. Maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming living space for residents. Assist resident in participating in activities. Provide activities to residents as assigned and encourage their participation. Professional communication with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies such as hospice or other service providers. Must be able to perform a variety of household chores such as laundry, dishes, mopping, dusting, etc. Other duties as assigned. Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working with the senior population Must have current CPR / First Aid Certification Must have current Fingerprint Clearance Card Must be Free of TB(prior to start) Must attend at a minimum six (6 to 12) hours per year (while working at Park Senior Villas) of care related education.
