Recruiting Specialist

Tatari is looking for a Recruiting Specialist on a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will have ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team, from job kick-off to closing. You will be part of a small-yet-mighty (not to mention awesome) recruiting team, reporting directly to the SVP, People.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of multiple hiring pipelines for the Revenue team from job kick-off to closing.
- Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process; potentially working with outside agencies
- Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones
- Coordinate interviews, provide logistics support for strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
- Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring superb candidate experience
- Track and manage job postings and ongoing recruiting reports
- Own the offer letter process from start to finish
Requirements
1+ years as a recruiter, including sourcing experienceProficient with Greenhouse, TalentWall, LI Recruiter, ModerloopExcellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal)Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working with hiring managersStrong sense of ownership you are driven by goals and deadlinesAgile and positive recruiting plans and / or priorities change, and you don't get flusteredOrganized and detail orientedBenefits
