Client seeks Physician for February 6, April 25, May 23, June 10, & July 3 at their Corporate Health clinic in Wyalusing, PA. Provider will see ages newborn and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm on February 6, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm on April 25, May 23, and July 3, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm on June 10 with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
