A company is looking for a Director of Tax (CPA or EA).

Key Responsibilities

Lead tax planning and strategy for high-income individuals and business owners

Manage and develop tax team members, creating efficient workflows and training materials

Serve as lead strategist for key clients, conducting tax planning sessions and building strong relationships

Required Qualifications

8+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting and advisory

Must hold CPA or EA certification

Strong expertise in real estate and partnerships

Experience with funds, SPVs, or private equity is a plus

Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-first environment
