2+ years as a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist, preferably with experience in rounding with a medical team, monitoring of patient drug therapy, phamacokinetic dosing and patient counseling and education. Experience in unit dose and IV services preferred.

Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Pharmacist

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred

Post-graduate clinical residency accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred
