• Position Summary The Clinical Director provides overall clinical leadership for home care services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting the agency’s business plan.
• This role supervises clinical staff and ensures delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Key Responsibilities Manage referrals, assessments, care plans, recertifications, service coordination, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, aides, and other clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.
• Conduct home visits, clinical reviews, and staff competency evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
• Assist office staff with recruitment, scheduling, and problem resolution.
• Maintain RN licensure and participate in continuing education.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related 4-year degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in home health and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:
