Care Navigator

A company is looking for a Care Navigator to support providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Address patient inquiries and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments

Manage electronic health records and coordinate necessary documents for provider review

Facilitate communication within the health network and support provider scheduling

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field

1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation

Extensive understanding of medical terminology

Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
