Field Manager

About the Role:

The Field Manager role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate complex field operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
• Experience with field management software and digital reporting tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing field conditions.
