The Target Pay Range for this position is as follows :
Loveland, Colorado : $99,000 - $124,000 annually.
Fountain Valley, California : $103,000- $129,000 annually.
At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose / Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to support the testing and validation of our Oracle APEX applications and SQL-based solutions. The person in this role will design and execute test cases, document and track defects, prepare user documentation based on use cases, and work closely with developers and business users to ensure high quality, reliable, and user-friendly systems. Additionally, associate will be expected to resolve tickets as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Oracle APEX applications and related SQL components.
Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and use cases.
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and sales ops coordinators to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Use Jira to log, prioritize, and monitor bugs, test tasks, and testing progress.
Validate SQL queries, stored procedures, and data flows to ensure accuracy and performance.
Prepare clear and practical user manuals and guides based on defined use cases to support end users.
Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Resolve tickets from our CPQ / CMS as assigned by our sales ops coordinators.
Education and Experience
B.S. or higher with 3+ years work experience in QA, databases, or software development.
1+ years working with Oracle SQL
Experience testing Oracle APEX applications
Strong SQL query writing for data validation
Familiarity with QA processes and tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
Working in Pet Health and / or a regulated environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably with Oracle-based business applications (Oracle APEX or similar).
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ability to write and validate queries).
Hands-on experience using Jira (or similar tools) for defect tracking and managing test activities.
Experience designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and testing scenarios.
Ability to create clear, structured user manuals and documentation based on use cases.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to testing and problem solving.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Working Conditions
The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand / wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office or virtual environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.
