Description
This is an opportunity for recent graduates from an undergraduate programs in engineering and professional fields. The position will begin in January 2026.
Program participants will experience three, 6 month rotations that are selected based on their education backgrounds, professional interests aspirations. Time spent in the program is full time employment with pay and benefits. After successful completion of the program, participants are transitioned into full time regular position within the organization using the similar selection process based on education, experiences, and professional interests.
