Key Responsibilities
Define and build out customer support operations processes
Oversee day-to-day workforce management and ensure high-quality customer service
Manage escalated complaints and provide performance feedback to the team
Required Qualifications
BA / BS from an accredited university preferred
8+ years of experience in customer service and operations
5+ years of experience leading or supervising a customer service team
Ability to complete required compliance training
Process-driven organizational skills with adaptability to new technology
