Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers a flexible part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, providing the chance to work closely with students across various grade levels from August 19 through June 14.
Responsibilities include :
- Delivering occupational therapy services tailored to the unique needs of K-12 students
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school policies and regulations
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student growth and development
Desired qualifications :
Valid occupational therapy licensure and relevant certificationsExperience working with school-aged children in educational settingsStrong understanding of developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques applicable in schoolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently within a flexible scheduleLocation : This position is situated in Beaverton, Oregon.
