Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers a flexible part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, providing the chance to work closely with students across various grade levels from August 19 through June 14.

Responsibilities include :

  • Delivering occupational therapy services tailored to the unique needs of K-12 students
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school policies and regulations
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student growth and development

Desired qualifications :

  • Valid occupational therapy licensure and relevant certifications
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques applicable in schools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a flexible schedule
