Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Type Full-time Description SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a full-time CA licensed Occupational Therapist to serve a school district in Paramount, CA for the remainder of the 2025 fall semester. Rate of Pay : $60-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience) Hours : 8 hours per day / 40 hours a week Assignment will begin in November 2025 and run through the end of December 2025 with a possibility of an extension. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance student mobility and daily living skills. Collaborate with other service providers to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care. Educate parents and families on treatment goals. Document student progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Provide support and guidance for students with disabilities and those requiring early intervention. Required Skills : Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience : Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyCA state-issued license as an Occupational Therapist Salary Description $60.00 - $70.00 / hour
