Engineering Manager

ROUTE06(???????) is a DX partner, supporting major companies in transforming their business models.

ROUTE06 provides an enterprise-level business API platform, "Plain," and supports agile business development, realizing the platformization of commercial transactions and contributing to the creation of new corporate value.

The products developed include mall-type EC, OMO store, marketplace, and more, with business phases ranging from startup to growth.

ROUTE06's engineering manager is tasked with creating a space where engineers can thrive through the establishment of engineer organization systems and the resolution of organizational challenges.

Required Requirements

Experience in managing engineers
Experience in developing web applications
High communication skills for interdepartmental coordination and engineer mentoring

Preferred Requirements

Project management experience

Experience in planning and continuously improving engineer recruitment strategies and attracting candidates

Experience in formulating and operating a training system for both new and experienced hires
