Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction projects. Track project progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Support in preparing reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :

• 3-5 years of experience in NYC corporate commercial interiors commercial construction, ideally in an assistant project management role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling software, and NYC building codes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple priorities.
