Sr. Accounting Manager / Asst. Controller

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to Assistant Controller to join our Full Time Engagement Practice. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with expertise in Oracle Fusion and Full Cycle Accounting Management within manufacturing environments. Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, including manufacturing cost analysis, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials to streamline financial reporting and processes.
• Manage Oracle Supply Chain Management functions to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all financial reports and data.
• Identify and implement best practices in accounting and financial management.
