Led by Visa's Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Office coordinates high-impact, complex, company-wide projects related to data business strategy, critical investments, policydevelopmentand marketplace execution. We are seeking aProduct Analystto work on merchant data platform initiatives globally.You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to manage GenAI / MLdatainitiatives, analyze merchant and transaction data to improvedata quality across Visa's merchant platform and distill merchant data and stakeholder feedback into meaningful roadmap, productprogramsand merchant stakeholder experiences.You willutilizeyour analyticalskills and effectivecommunication abilities todirectlyimpactemergingagentic commerce initiatives that rely on Visa's merchant data.

Essential Functions

Work and manage our support team to resolvestakholderconcerns and evolve our current support processes

Help to streamline howMerchant Product Managementcollaborates withVisa business groupsthatulitizemerchant data products

Gather and implement feedback and recommendations for howwe can improve ourdata quality, datapartnershipsand stakeholder consumption of merchant data

Provide strategic direction and thought leadership and a vision for ourprogram initiatives, definingworld-classmerchantsupport

Understand core elements of our operations and product strategy, and drive innovative and scalable opportunities across quality of experience, scale, instrumentation andcontributetothe MDP productroadmap

Provide program and project management support for major platform, product, andtool driven change initiatives

Develop departmental procedures and best practices standards

Develop expert knowledge on the features and business applications of our products

Proactively review user trends to make recommendations for improvement of current processes,policiesand tools

Identifyand analyze sources of risk within our platform

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 123,000.00 to 173,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
